Scheduling for available agent and editor appointments is completed on a first registered, first served basis and after careful consideration of a variety of factors, including agent and editor schedules, breaks, etc.

We attempt to accommodate all registered conference attendees to the best of our ability. We also attempt to ensure that everyone gets at least one appointment. We cannot, however, guarantee that everyone will get his or her first choice. You will receive your scheduled appointment on opening day of the conference when you sign in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You must notify the registrar ASAP via email at conference@firstcoastromancewriters.com or snail mail at the address below. Cancellations received by March 7, 2008 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations received after March 7, 2008.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

Hotel rooms at the Jacksonville Marriott are $87 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes). To receive the conference rate, make reservations prior to March 7, 2008 by calling 1-800-962-9786 and mentioning Southern Lights Conference or First Coast Romance Writers.
